Hello everyone! We just wanted to give you a heads up that the Vetcove Support Center will be operating with limited capacity from Wednesday, May 11th through Friday, May 13th due to internal training sessions.
During these dates, we kindly ask that you direct any questions regarding item details or shipment tracking toward your vendors directly. You can find support contacts for most vendors here.

For our employee spotlight this week, we’re shining the light on someone who’s been with Vetcove since the beginning…. meet ✨Julie✨!
Julie is our Head of Partnerships and was one of the very first employees at Vetcove! She turns the gears behind the scenes and works very closely with our veterinary partners to bring more integrations and partnerships for our amazing Vetcove users. We are SO extremely lucky to have Julie on our team! Here are some things you might not know about Julie:
Q: Favorite thing about working at Vetcove?
A: The people, the industry, helping veterinary practices.
Q: Favorite type of food?
A: Pasta all day every day. 🍝
Q: What inspired you to start working within Vet Med?
A: I started a large animal rescue and shelter, Animal Lighthouse Rescue (NYC) and El Faro de los Animales (Puerto Rico). While working at the shelters, most of my time was spent in vet practices, as the majority of the dogs and cats needed a good deal of medical care. And I just fell in love veterinary medicine and the people who work in it. To work as a team and make animals healthy and feel better is such a miracle. This provides me with huge sense of fulfillment.
Q: What is your favorite Vetcove tool or feature?
A: The cashback deals, of course! Who doesn’t like saving $$?💰
Q: Dog person, cat person, or other?
A: All of the above. Animals > People. :)
Q: What do you do when you’re not working?
A: Saving animals! Almost every bit of my free time I’m working with the shelter. I love it 🐶🐱
Q: If you could say one thing to a hospital that doesn’t use Vetcove yet, what would that be?
A: What are you waiting for? Saving money = Good. Saving time = good. Free= Good. Still supporting your current vendors = good! There really isn’t a downside.
